Carlisle Wide Plank Floors

"It all starts with a passion for the wood," reads Carlisle's motto. And that almost doesn't do this company justice. Every member of the Carlisle team can and will describe to you how their floors are created, one log at a time, and why their processes guarantee the highest quality. I learned so much during this project that even I could tell you about such things, due to their patience and passion.
Some interested challenges arose in this project. More often than not we work with horizontally-oriented photos, but not in Carlisle's case. Out of their hundreds of gorgeous photos, 95% were not only vertically oriented, but extremely so, to show the maximum amount of the floor's detail. Knowing that if I were shopping for floors, the detail in those photos would be what caught my eye and kept me browsing for more, so I decided not to crop the images, but to build my layout around their extreme orientation.
